My experience with iCloud has been a pain in the neck.
After using it to save all my music, all of it was lost and deleted from my iPhone and iPad. Fortunately I had my own backup.
I didn't even bother trying to call Apple, they're a pain too.
Typically I have liked all Apple products, but that has changed because of this a a few other problems.
