So far, this has not worked out very well for us. Once it was installed, we test ran it and the bottom was full of water when it was complete. We called the warranty number and they are sending someone out in about 2 weeks. We reran it a few times, and it always leaves the bottom full of water. We tried to just run the "drain" cycle, but it still won't empty the bottom water.
