I have used Targus cases for my iPad since the first iPad. This is the first one that I am not that happy with. It feels thicker than they normally do. It is not magnetic. That is one of the worst parts about it. Also it has this flap that I don't like at all. I do like that is seems pretty protective.

What I like about this scale over some previous ones I have used is that it gives consistent readings. It has some nice added features but I don't really care about those that much. If you lean over to look at the value (I have a belly) it only affects the reading by about 0.1, which I also like.

Super easy to setup and their customer support is amazing if you ever have an issue. The app has a lot of options as well, such as the ability to set you DHCP range and reserve addresses. Can it be used to weigh someone who does not have the app?
Yes. You can either setup a profile for them in your app otherwise it will read them as a guest.
