Great except CD got stuck the first time

I like most everything about the unit. However, the first CD I played refused to eject and the manual wasn't any help. I finally found a trick on the web that worked. It also took some research to figure out how to eject a CD as the button isn't apparent until you hit the button with 3 lines.
Once I started customizing the screen and sound, I was pleased with the unit. Using Apple CarPlay, the microphone and speaker are great. One of my friends said talking to me on the phone was like I was sitting at home and talking.
I do have one complaint about Apple CarPlay when using Waze. Sometimes, the verbal directions are sharp and clear and other times, they are soft and muffled. This is with the unit pausing the music I'm playing to say the directions.
I wish that some of the menu items were on the screen instead of having to work my way through sub-menus.

Large capacity and quiet

Unfortunately, my washer quit working within a week of delivery. I called the 800 # and they helped me troubleshoot getting it working again. However, the temporary fix didn't work and I had to have a repairman come out to repair the new washer. After the 2nd repair visit, the main computer board was replaced and I haven't had any problems since. For the first time in a long time, I purchased the extended warranty because of my experience with the washer. The washer is much quieter than the one it replaced. I can't complain about the large capacity.

Is this unit self-cleaning? If not, how do you clean it? And, where is the drain? If the drain is on the bottom, please state where on the bottom - front, back, right, left, etc. And, is it possible to hook this machine to a water line? Thanks.

What happens at the end of the one year? Can I continue to use the software as a manual input for my finances? Or, does it just quit working?
I'm assuming that since this is a subscription, you will need to renew the subscription to continue to use the software. Many software makers are moving to the subscription platform because they have a steady income stream and eliminate much of the manufacturing cost of CD's and manuals for those that renew automatically through the software. I have always been able to find a renewal option online at a cheaper rate than offered by Intuit that makes Quicken.

How do I know what accessories are required for installation in my 2011 Subaru Legacy limited 2.5I with Harman Kardon receiver and no factory navigation? It has a silver dash.

I have 2008 Chrysler Aspen, Will this unit work with my factory back up camera and also allow me to still use the factory DVD player in the back? Does this unit have GPS? Can the firmware/software be updated? Is there an AUX port? How do I access USB?
I had mine installed at Best Buy and they installed a cable in the glove compartment where I can plug in my phone via USB. This unit doesn't have GPS, but I am able to use WAZE and Google Maps through Apple CarPlay. With Waze, I see the map on the unit and the turn by turn directions on my phone.
