Does this come with the interchangeable colored face plates? The one on the ring website says the pro comes with 4 colored faceplates that can be changed. I do not see that listed here

Mine came with 4 face plates of different colors. Used one nd shelved the rest-probably never use them.

The ring we have now only allows for 1 phone to get the image when someone rings the bell. Which one allows for more that one phone to have access?

I have 2 phones used for my ring-myself and my wife.

Is there a subscription fee to use this product

I was offered two plans that save the videos- a $10 per month and a $3 per month. I declined them both. Recording sounds nice , but I do not like monthly fees.

Is there an additional monthly fee required for service?

I did not purchase it but Ring gives you a free trial of two different packages for recording videos generated by the Ring camera. $3 and $10 per month. You are not required to purchase these packages.

My Ring will be facing a highly trafficked area that is West facing so will also get a lot of direct sunlight. 1. Will all passers by be recorded? (Most of them are my neighbors.) 2. Will the heat and light affect the performance and life expectancy?

I had the Geek Squad install and set my Ring up. I am handy, but they are super handy and they filtered out areas of sunlight and traffic just to eliminate the noise. I am not sure all situations can be totally handled, but they certainly would give you the best shot.
