Misleading if you don’t understand the system well

I didn’t realize you can’t simply charge the battery with the cable. Instead, you have to also purchase the charger which is sold separately. Unless you put the battery in the camera and then plug the camera into the cable to charge it but then you have to take the camera down to charge it so what’s the point. You really need to have a charged battery already which requires the battery and the charger ( both sold separately) so you can simply insert the fresh battery into the camera without taking it down and then charging the depleted battery. There is no package deal to buy both at a discount :(

I like the cameras but was displeased to learn if you want to adjust the effective area in the camera frame to limit the number of alerts, you have to sign up for a plan at about $2 a camera per month. They just limit your ability to customize the features unless you pay a monthly fee.
