This movie, which wraps up the series, is one of my all time favorite viewing pleasures. If you never watched the series (look it up and do so, you won't regret it) you can still watch this movie and get along well enough. Just be aware it's a western in space with lovable characters, and any fan of the series will tell you that is was ended unjustly, unfairly, and undeniably to soon.
