I left the lights on in my car over the weekend after carpet cleaning the floors, and when I came out on Monday morning, the battery was as dead as my hopes and dreams. A quick trip to Best Buy later, I picked up one of these and went back to hook it up to my car. Sure enough, it jump started it and after a few minutes, the OBD readout showed that the battery was charging and behaving as expected. As you can imagine, this thing is getting a place of honor in the toolkit in the trunk and will be brought on long car drives or camping trips just in case (along with a Jackery power station and a few extra batteries).

In total, I've bought 2900 Twinkly lights in strings - 7x400 sets and a 100-LED set. The 400-light sets also each came with a USB-powered 60-light string, so I have 7 of those as well.
At first, I bought these to throw on a coat that I was going to wear to an outdoor event. I connected them in haphazardly, then strapped a Jackery 290 power station to my butt under the long pirate coat I wore, and it ran them (and a 100-string on my hat) for a good 4 hours with only an 8W draw while I controlled it with a spare Pixel 3 XL phone running a hotspot (without Internet access or cell signal to boot).
The special effects were insanely great - having apparel that pulsed and throbbed with the beat was a very novel idea to attendees, and it was attention-getting as can be.
After that, I used four of these (1600 lights in total) on the front wall of my house to create a light display (and 2 sets in an alcove around the front door to make another 800-light display).
... and within 24 hours, I had the HOA leadership knocking at my door to ask me not to make it look like emergency / first responder lights.
In response, I used the Twinkly desktop app to mirror Rick Astley's video of "Never Gonna Give You Up" on loop, then did the same with Wham's "Last Christmas" and Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas Is You," all complete with audio on speakers outside the house. Considering that it lets you mirror ANYTHING you have displaying on a Windows PC, well... the possibilities are endless, and I can't but cackle evilly when I come up with a new one.
Sure, you can argue that this is a HUGELY frivolous and unnecessary use of disposable income. Considering that I can leave this stuff up year-round, though, I consider it a VERY good use of mine.

Holy living crap, this is _easily_ the best coffeemaker I've ever bought. It's quick, quiet, doesn't back up if there's an overload of grounds, and the frothing wand has been an absolute godsend for making foamy lattes (though it has inspired a LOT of Zoolander references).

Great mouse for gamers - if your hands aren't gian

Verified Purchase:Yes
I bought this to aid my playing a multispec mage in WoW. Unfortunately, my hands are a wee bit larger than most, and as such, I ended up setting the buttons up so I only used six groups of 2 instead of 12 individual buttons.
That being said, if your hands aren't giant, this will do nicely for you.

Rock-solid, dependable, and the built-in OpenVPN Connect client isn't bad at all (beats the heck out of setting up DynDNS and OpenVPN yourself, and I say that coming from a pfSense).
The one beef I have is that there's no multi-gig / 10Gb switch port on it, but to be fair, the two link aggregation ports will do for 95% of users (the rest of us are running NIC teaming in-OS).
It also cut the power usage and noise levels on my rack _way_ down - I was able to remove an Optiplex 7020 desktop (pfSense router), a Netgear R6300 v2 WAP, and a Netgear JGS728TP switch from the rack, and my home office is a lot more tolerable now. I'm looking forward to see how it gets in the summer.

I picked up two of these just before the blizzard hit Austin, and they saved my butt.
Between the two of them, they kept my Chinese water dragon's ceramic heater running for enough time to get a temporary tank prepared and get him to a boarding facility.
Now that the winter storm is over, one is staying on his tank until I can get a generator / APC Symmetra unit, and the other is powering the comms gear in my rack.

Later update
January 8, 2025
This router turned into a HUGE brick later on and I ended up returning it under the service plan since traffic would get hard-dropped and the device would require a physical reboot in order to function. I replaced this with an Asus RT-AX82U (which had its own issues that were solved once I flashed it to Merlin).
It's a shame this thing went as bad as it did, but c'est la vie. I can say, though, I won't be going back to TP-Link for network hardware after how many times this thing crashed like it was a contestant in Mario Kart.
