Superb 3D and an engaging lead character

The CGI and live action are seamless as would be expected with today's movie making techniques but what sets this apart is the realistic and very engaging "look" of the lead character. Never before has an animated face been so expressive. The 3D disc is superb in its lack of ghosting and good color. This is one for the demos to friends, especially, the motorball scenes. Plot-wise it's typical Cameron with its blend of action, character and derivative story line making one feel like you've heard it all before but don't let that stop you. It's not to be missed.

The bargain price for three versions of this critically acclaimed war epic is a no brainer for fans of the film. Having owned the VHS, two Laser Disc versions and the "Redux" DVD, this new 4k edition is head and shoulders above all previous incarnations. Although it doesn't have the slick sheen of new movies it's still a beautifully rendered remaster. Film grain is retained as expected in a 35mm print and as such, it enhances recapturing the theater experience. Night scenes have good black levels, color is well saturated where required and contrast levels, especially where flares and flashes briefly illuminate faces, look spot on correct. The soundtrack strikes a wonderful balance with the visuals. Although the surrounds aren't aggressive there's sufficient ambience enveloping effects during crucial scenes. Finally, after decades of inferior reproductions, Apocalypse Now has been given its most proper and most complete reissue.

Initially slow but still delivers

What a fitting conclusion to the Avengers lexicon. Although slow at times it still delivers some gut wrenching punches that our heroes must continually battle. The women have a larger role than usual in the heroics, Hulk is a hoot and seeing the aftermath of Thor's spiral into a heavyweight is eyebrow raising. Again, Marvel has issued a beautiful 4K transfer despite it having been upconverted from, what I understand was, a 2K master.

The quantum realm hits all the right buttons and then some in this sequel to Ant-Man. Plenty of eye candy effects when they go quantum, has some of the best humor in all of Marvel and the post-end credit epilogue is a provocative tease for (well, no spoiler here)... but you don't know that until you see Infinity War. The 4K disc displays the beautiful, colorful scenery throughout the movie.

Certainly the most downbeat and probably the most violent of all X-Men films, "Logan" brings more depth to Wolverine and Xavier than prior incarnations. Dafne Keen is a real find. Although her role is largely devoid of dialog she displays more intent with facial expressions than many actors can muster in a whole movie. The body count is high, the action is engrossing, the vilians are non-redeeming and the 4K transfer is spectacular.

The package is a good bargain for fans and conveniently has the same footprint as one packaged disc saving shelf space. The 4K transfer is very good and has a substantial increase in detail and color depth compared to my old DVD versions.

Purchased several weeks ago. Stopped working this morning. No amount of Bluetooth pairing, connecting, reconnecting, rebooting, reinstalling can solve it. Keep getting message to try reconnecting. Now outside return period. Will go to Logitech website for support on manufacturer 1 year warranty.

Does this have a direct ethernet port?
The specifications for inputs/outputs do not list Ethernet port but the photos seem to show a RJ45 port quite clearly, which presumably is for Ethernet connection. I have one of these laptops on order. When I placed the order in-store the sales rep pointed it out to me in the photo.

I have roku ultra that does not see my t mobile 5 ghz network. The 2.4ghz has jitter, buffering etc. Do I need a new roku?

I bought a Roku Streaming Device from Amazon for an older TV that only has A/V Ports and the program that I choose will come on and then after 15 seconds or so the signal cuts out completely. I tried everything and nothing works why? The tv has no HDMI.

Hi, They actually did not directly answer my question earlier. My question is, does the Roku Ultra have a "ZOOM" feature on it to expand the picture that will fill the screen?" I have an older TV with HDMI but the Roku's that I have don't have "ZOOM".
