First 4K HDR TV set going on 5 years

Purchased Aug 2019, and still going strong! Always kept movie/standard settings for watching 4K blurays/Netflix, etc. Have it pluged in behind an APC batter backup surge protector. Roku updates without any issues. Works with my Nvidia Shield Pro for my Plex Server streaming. Only issue is that Netflix has become a bloated app and since its a cheap TCL, it has an occational lag when trying to browse. But other streaming apps are fine. Next time I would definitely wait to purchase a new TV till summer/fall season when these newer models that came out in early spring get discounted.

Replaced an older Asus Model: RTN66R, purchased on: March 12, 2014. Probably overkill, but now with Wifi 6E on the horizon, i doubt i'll be updating this for a while. Handles all of our devices with ease, no dropped connections, and most important, i can get 5Ghz connection to the two upstairs rooms, where as before only a weak 2.4ghz connection was possible.

Purchased for the Mrs, has been used heavily on a daily basis. Battery life is decent. The fitness trackers on it are great and easy setup and maintain once you get used to apple os interface. The included silicone band is great for work outs, just need to wipe clean afterwards or else it will smell. Purchased accessory bands on Amazon 40-42mm size and they all fit nicely.
*Be warned if you start an update of the watch os, do it over night because they can take a while and your watch will not be usable during the download and install.

Purchased after my 5 year old WD external 2.0TB external drive gave up the ghost :( USB3.0 is nice and fast, avg transfer rates 130MB/s. Noise is not an issue, have it set to backup my personal files in Win10 file history daily and through backblaze. Runs a little warm at 44 deg C, hopefully I get more years out of this one.

Solid TV if you want to dip your toes in 4K HDR

Have been enjoying this TV for the past 10 months, have not had any issues with it. Picture quality is 8/10, functionality is 9/10, hard to beat the Roku interface. Its very easy and snappy to navigate and install all your streaming channels. Use mostly for YoutubeTV, Netflix 4K, Plex, and other streaming apps. Updates automatically, has some ghosting when viewing off angle, but colors are bright, dark scenes are inky, and just overall crisp image. Very happy, so far. The only gripe is that ARC port only sends vanilla Dolby/DTS audio to my home theater receiver.
