This is by far the best 4k player on the market unless you need a bunch of legacy connections then get the 1100es. But this one gets the job done right with the sound and picture quality. I generally don’t like Sony but this player, they did it right.

They did an amazing job with the sound as it plays in dts X. I’m little disappointed that only the last movie, Jurassic world 2 is the only movie in Dolby vision. The rest are just in hdr. They still look great considering how old these movies are but that would of been the icing on the cake.

Amazing sound amazing picture. This is a must own. It’s weird though the hobbit 4k trilogy was one disc per movie and the lotr is on 2 disc per movie. I was a little disappointed to see that but not enough to take away a star as they did an excellent job with the transfers to 4k Dolby vision and atmos sound.

It looks basic but this is a great player all around. It does very well at doing Dolby vision and atmos. On the dts side. I had other players like Sony do a better job with dts. But the Sony kept freezing on me so I replaced it with this player. The menu is neat and clean. No problems with the player.

Cables matter. The cinnamon series is a great place to start for cables. Comes with all the bells and whistles. It’s expensive but in my book it’s worth it. Why buy a nice home theater just to have basic hdmi cables do all the transferring? Cables make the difference.

It will clean whatever air flow that’s in your house. If there’s a lot of turns or down long hallways or closed doors. Those areas probably won’t get as clean. It works best as a house air purifier and for out of the way bedrooms that really want the air to be cleaned. It’s best to get a bedroom size air purifier.

Will this player allow to me connect to the internet , using my wi-fi signal , such as youtube, etc?
Yes it connects to the internet through wifi. It has built in apps for YouTube and Netflix. It would be better to use a fire stick or something of that nature for apps like that. This player is best for playing 4k disc and that’s about it.
