The refrigerator is a game changer in my kitchen! I had always wanted more room for my 9X13 casserole dishes and I finally have the refrigerator that holds it and so many other containers . I am so happy with my new purchase. It took at least 48 hours for the ice maker to make enough ice. But it is now working perfectly.

The first team of Best Buy delivery guys were very courteous and on time. Unfortunately the tv was cracked from the warehouse. So the second team was Not a good experience! . I received a call and my husband let them in the gate. I called the young man back and he answered what’s up N. He had just called my number so I’m not sure what he meant by answering his phone in such s manner! It was very unprofessional!They took out the damaged tv and the young man decided he could carry the replacement tv on his own and was very disrespectful. He argued with my husband saying he could carry it on his own. My husband stated we don’t want another damaged tv, please have the other guy help you. I let him know I wanted them to open the tv box to check that it wasn’t damaged. He did not want to open the box. I let him know he was not being professional and I had clearly stated to the representative who processed my return and replacement I wanted to have the delivery people to open the box. The representative stated that would not be a problem and would put it in the notes for delivery.

My flooring. I asked him to wait so I could spray windex to help the slide process. He was very impatient. The original installer with the first washer was where I got the solution of helping the washer not damage the flooring. He broke the water turn off and was refusing to leave washer unless it was hooked up to hoses. So he linked the hoses so they wouldn’t spray water since the cold turn off was broken. It was a terrible installation.

I bought these same hoses 5 years ago and when I bought my new Samsung front loader I decided to purchase another set just in case. Right after my husband tested the first load one of the hoses burst. So you might consider buying another set if you purchase a new washer.

I bought the LG front loader and dryer only 5 years ago at Best Buy.I was very dissatisfied with both. Washer’s drum went out after only 5 years, we are a family of two and do an average of 4-5 loads a week. I bought this Samsung front loader after researching and customer reviews.I have noticed our wash is cleaner. I can see the water during the cycles. I can wash a king size bedspread and it does not become unbalanced. I did buy an extended warranty this time.

This ac/ heat unit is great!! I definitely recommend buying this unit. The ac part works great and the functions are easy. Just like the ac the heat has easy functions for heat. Yes it has thermostat for heat and ac. Hope that answers your question.
