No problem w/ hauling away. Big scheduling problem

The actual act of hauling the old appliances away was fine. The problem was with scheduling the delivery, install, and haul away. Best Buy was terrible. delivered the wrong washer for a STACKING set. Rescheduled delivery of washer without install or haul away. Rescheduled install and haul away separately, and said couldn't schedule them together. Strange, and very inefficient, not to mention annoying.

Very Bad

Everything seems to have gone wrong with this delivery, and worse, Best Buy’s dealing with it was incredibly bad. The delivery was for a stackable set of LG washer and dryer. First, the delivery folks bring the wrong washer — a Samsung top loading washer — along with the LG front loading dryer. Ok, strange, but mistakes happen. The dude says Best Buy will contact u to correct the mistake in less than 24 hours. No one called, so we did, and had to schedule delivery/install of washer in more than a week later. When they come, they say this was put in system for delivery only, so we have to call again to schedule an install. Worse, we also have to call, another department, to schedule the pickup for the Samsung washer we never ordered. A few days later, they finally come to install the washer and stack the dryer. And a week later they come pick up their washer that was left at our place for 3 weeks!
