Cameras are easy to mount and set up with the Arlo app. Only issues so far seen to be with the batteries. For some reason, the battery charge does not last very long...less than a week. I have 4 Arlo Ultra cameras at another property and they last about 6 weeks between charges. This group of cameras has not exhibited that type of longevity. Also, the field of view of these cameras is much narrower than the Ultra

Salesman indicated it would be done by the installers, however, they refused to do it and indicated that it would require an additional service appointment and additional cost. Purchased this surface book refurbished but battery is complete trash. Don't trust best buy refurbished! I have had better success on ebay then this experience.

Bought one 2 years ago for twice the price of a comparable Dell. It now will not turn on and the Geek Squad can not or will not attempt to fix it. Microsoft wants $600 for a refurbished unit and we loose all the data. Never will buy hardware from Microsoft again.

I had my previous machine in for service and although the only malfunction was a simple fan motor inside the case was told that the geeks could not fix my less than 2 year old machine. I "paid" for a complete data back-up and when I bought this new machine the transfer was not able to be accomplished by the geek of the day, so I have this new machine without any of my old data, which dated back to 2002 and I am NOT a happy customer. I feel I have been defrauded and am weighing my options.

I have a 2 year old Surface Book 2 that will not turn on. Geek Squad has been no help just saying that they can not work on Microsoft computers. So please tell me how they can "recondition" one for sale?
