Great lock, growing pains, BAD customer service

Love the lock, but surprisingly the customer service is bad. I didn't expect that from Anker... The current issue is that the autolock schedule feature doesn't work correctly. I have called multiple times with promise that someone will call me back, but that never happens.

Our last whirlpool washing machine lasted >15 years. It finally ran into an issue and we needed to replace it. After looking at all the options, we decided to go back with Whirlpool. It doesn't have some of the new bells and whistles, but don't think we would use them. Found the biggest issue we had in the past is the mildew smell that would form over time. Fan Fresh has done an excellent job of keeping that at bay.

House wired wrongly and Nest solves that issue

All of my smoke detectors were NOT interconnected. about 1/2 are connected on one circuit and 1/2 on another circuit. This creates an issue where alarm will NOT sound throughout the house in case of a fire. To fix it would have cost > 1500. Buying Nests to replace these old smoke detectors resolved the problem and all are now interconnected. Adding other features like CO monitor, ability to silence alarm when my wife is cooking :), and lighted pathways in hallways make this a great buy for my circumstances.

Why does Google even pretend to have customer service? I have had an issue for > 3 weeks, issue escalated to higher level; however, NO one contacts me and there is no way to get anyone to help now as if I call they just "resubmit" issue, NEVER CONTACT!!!

What does it mean when it says unlocked
It means that if you want to add the ability to use data across a phone companies data lines (that will cost extra per month charged by the phone service)it will work with any supported company. So as long as the phone company can support IPADs on their 4G network you can get a SIM card from that company and use their data service.
If you only plan to use Wifi, then this is not relevant.

Can the lock be programmed to lock at a certain time, so that the key, fingerprint, or passcode won’t open it until it’s scheduled unlock time? I hope that makes sense
Not a lock out for the whole system; however, ALL but the main "person" can be scheduled to not work at certain times. So currently one person's info will always work but you have the ability to shut off ALL others' code/fingerprint,

Does it notify you when and who used the door
Yes, as long as you setup each user differently. I.e. each user requires a different access code and fingerprints and then it will work. It both sends notifications as well as keeps a log in the phone app.

Yes and no, it depends on useage. For the main access there does seem to CURRENTLY have the option for a schedule; however, for additional people/guests, setting a schedule is available. I have NOT tried this, but note I am currently having issues with setting the autolock schedule (it looks like the time is off between my phone and the device), so not sure if that would be the case on the shceduled access or not. But I do expect that this will get fixed with some software updates...
