I am just 8 miles from the transmitter, and only getting about 10 channels, should be 30+. Bad box? Bad software?
i have a excellent tv antenna on top of my house. i live 60 miles from the farthest transmitter and i get over 60 channels. if you do not have a good outside antenna this is probably your problem. if you do have a good outside antenna then it probably is your aluratek box.

i have 2 smart tvs from best buy if i buy this Aluratek digital tv converter box will it help in pulling in as many chanels?? i Just purchase a wing HD atenna also it will record i cut the cable cord now i am interested in pulling as many channels
i connected this to my lg oled tv and some channels work better in the tv and some work better in the aluratek. i bought this because i work when the programming i watch is on, for this the aluratek works great.
