Total waste of time and money

This program has gone downhill QUICKLY. I and my family have been loyal Best Buy customers for decades. Everything in our home was purchased from Best Buy. No hassle, no haggle, we just went to Best Buy like lemmings. All Best Buy had to do was take our money and not suck.
Well, failing to provide complete and lasting results, forcing me to babysit and follow up to schedule an appointment and waiting weeks to months for a half-baked result only to start the process all over again, then becoming argumentative and passing the blame to others and making it all my problem to solve is a great run-on example of SUCKING.
The "service" I received from Best Buy during one month has ceased all loyalty I feel for this company. We will find solutions elsewhere.

I could have done this myself. The most complicated part was moving the range from the truck. I had to disconnect the gas range they were arranged to disconnect and haul away. It doesn't matter what the price was, even if was free, it's no good having a service that isn't a service at all.

They didn't do it! The crew who delivered the range wasn't authorized to disconnect the gas range. They weren't told, the delivery setup and/or manager of the process failed to communicate, and I had to do it myself.

Moving into or out of a home with smart home technology? We can reset up to 10 devices of all types (TVs, smart thermostats, monitoring systems, etc.), so you don't have to worry about a different owner being able to get access. Do you just need a fresh start with some of your devices? We can get them back to square one, even if you didn't purchase them at Best Buy.

It never happened. It was set up and canceled twice. Excuses and blaming the customer for what they weren't informed about is a terrible way to do business.
Don't bother. They didn't do things right the first time and did nothing but pass the buck. Between this and a botched stove delivery, I am no longer loyal to Best Buy.

Communication prevents all problems

The purchase of the stove was problematic enough.
How quickly the stove was sold to us was a total of 15 minutes. We knew what we wanted, we were patient with the availability, and there was no need to haggle, the price is the price.
Then, just about anything that could go wrong went wrong. Delays, poor updates, a crew that brought the stove and couldn't disconnect the existing gas stove to be replaced (they weren't authorized to turn off a valve and unscrew a hose - that was a different crew.) And then the stove itself had a chip out of each front corner.
The delivery guys were fine and apologetic, but everything outside of their specific physical duties could not have been worse.

Does this price cover installing a ring floodlight camera in a spot where there isn't electical wire or junction box already there to mount to?
I had outlets installed by an electrician for the ring camera I chose to have installed. However, there are excellent solar options if you don't have access to electricity.

My house's voltage is 110V not 220 V, is it OK to install Samsung washer and dryer? Please reply as soon as possible cause I need to place order.
Your washing machine should run on a standard 110 outlet. Most dryers will not only require a special outlet and enough power to run them, but a special cord to match. If you don't have a dryer outlet established and properly wired, call an electrician. They'll "hook you up." :)
