Video playback is really clear once adjusting expert settings but app menu items like movie cover icons in VuDu are a bit blurry for some reason. Gaming is good but not as sharp as my previous Samsung that was a quantum dot but died after 16 months.

Poor service

Delivery people arrived late without apology or explanation in an unmarked delivery van. They delivered the tv but refused to set up on my stand as I was told they would and also didn't bother to test equipment for functionality as I was told they would. Think the people were subcontractors but expected better. Did contact customer service to a successful resolution but would probably not recommend service.
