I needed a 28" tv to fit in the entertainment center cupboard. This one does that and has a good picture. Pretty basic but has enough HDMI ports to hook up Apple TV and DVD player. Wish it was SMART but I could not find one anywhere. Manufacturers stopped making 28" SMART tvs a few years ago and I don't want a used one.
