I already had this movie on Blu-ray however with Atmos and 4K I couldn’t resist the upgrades; this is the type of film that begs for fans like myself to have a look. So with jets and areal dog fights all over my home theater and a good sound track what’s not to like and the film in one of Tom Cruises better early ones. It’s a good upgrade for fans

The main reason I bought this disk is 4K video and the DTS-X audio; I own the blu-ray already. I’m glad I did better video and audio. The cgi effects are much better defined colors are impressive and the immersive audio takes it up a notch or two. The movie itself I always liked the cast has chemistry together. If you’re a fan it’s a must have.

What makes this worth $999 when you can get other 4K players that provides upscaling as well for less than $200. What is the justification to purchase this?

There lots of options to be sure when your looking at UHD blue-ray players, my reasons for myself were the nits enhancement of this player among other features to get the best performance from my JVC projector. Many reviews on well respected magazines and on line reviews all say just about the same thing; this is the best UHD player on the market now and is firm ware is upgrade able for the further whatever that may be Z51
