I love this case and have used it for about 4 months now. It is very protective and has taken many hits. The problem is the mute button just like many reviews have said. I know it is installed properly as I had a tech install it. Also tried different ones to make sure they all worked the same. After 4 months I am done with this case because of the mute button. One needs to transition to vibrate and ring on a day to day basis. It requires all kinds of tricks for it to work. Great case, terrible mute button.
