Mediocre experience

Scheduled delivery for a Thursday and received an email confirmation that the date was set. Checked a few days later and the delivery date disappeared from my account. I contacted CS and they said it was removed because they don't deliver on Thursdays as that's "restocking" day. Sure...whatever. I'm glad I checked as they didn't bother notifying me of the cancellation or offer to schedule for a different day.
The deliverymen were polite, friendly and efficient with the delivery of our dishwasher. Unfortunately, they forgot to include the water line hardware kit in the delivery and I had to drive to Best Buy to pick up another kit to complete the installation. I was told I was the 3rd customer that day with the same issue.
