Poor instalation team!!

The range was scratched and they did not take any of the stickers or other packaging off that was in the range for shipping protection. Had to ask the install team to take the large boxed with them. Tyey said they dont take the boxes with them. I asked if i could pay them to take the large refrigerator and range box. They took it with but i had to convince them to do so! No they did not charge me to remove the boxes.

They sent the wrong install kit with the dryer! Then i had to go get an install kit from Ace Hardware! The Best Buy install team just left the Washer and Dryer in the middle of the room not installed! They could not install without more parts.
