Amazing potential ruined by poor materials and QA

The phone was great! In theory.... I purchased it open box. Turns out it had been returned for a common issue with the phone. The display has some major issues. Motorola would not honor the manufacturer's warranty because it was open box, and I'm still not sure about the legality on that. Best Buy did happily refund me for the phone and I made a purchase elsewhere.
If Motorola solves the display issues with this phone, or if you get one that's not a dud, it's potentially an amazing phone and it looks really cool too.

Feels good in the hand, buttons are responsive

Overall the mouse is good. The thumb buttons are about 2mm too far forward for me compared to the previous version of this mouse. Software is good, though it's not very intuitive how to reassign buttons. A Google search makes it pretty easy and obvious after you've done it once.
