Fairly easy to use, great for fitness tracking; however I don’t know how accurate it is with activities like golf or bowling (I golf 4 days a week and bowl once a week). I like the fact that it tells me “it’s time to stand” or “breath”. I still need to familiarize myself with the many other aspects that it can do, but for the short time I’ve had it I love it.

I cannot live without this plan. It covers all of my devices from iPhone, iPad , Laptop, and printers. I take my devices in every six months for an overall tuneup, software update, and virus check up. My favorite techie guy, Jesse, informed me last year that my plan also covers all of my appliances ie: Refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer...etc., Even if you didn’t purchase the appliances from Best Buy. While I have not had the need to utilize this service yet, I believe there is a nominal service fee. Even so, it would more than cover the cost of the plan. I also have utilized the chat feature, as well as speaking with one of the techies at the 800 line. This saves a trip To the store.
