Hello, I bought an open box. What exactly is suppose to be included. Mine came with a usb cord, a mic, and a remote. Is this suppose to have a wire harness?
We recently bought one for our daughter's first used car. As we spoke to the Best Buy rep, he informed us we would need the harness as part of the installation. If I were you, I would speak to one of the reps in that department. It has alot to do with the make and model of your vehicle.
