The 4k transfer is stunning. This video is improved and the audio track is very good with improved sound stage. This edition also includes the 2005 extended edition with 17 additional minutes. All this make it well worth the upgrade to 4k.

is this player Windows 10 compatible?

Yes, this drive (player) is windows 10 compatible. I recently purchased to use with laptop that does not have internal drive and it was plug and play; no driver install needed.
