We ordered this online on Wednesday and had it delivered on Saturday. I attached the water supply line and about 4 hours later the first cubes went into the bin. The wheels made this easy to slide into place. After about 6 hours we put our food in the new unit. While it doesn't have wifi it does have smart diagnosis, trying to add that now. This looks great and performing as it should.

The chair developed two problems after about one month; some programs would shut down after around 10 minutes and require a restart and the rollers started making a rasping noise. After talking to support they said the needed parts for both problems were on backorder. After about two months they agreed to swap out the chair for a new one. One week later it was delivered, they disassembled the old chair and loaded it on the truck and then assembled the new chair. Everything is working now and we are once again enjoying our massages.
