Twilight 10th Anniversary New Cover Art

I’ve been wanting these new cover versions of these movies since they first came out in October 2018. I finally was able to get the Twilight one recently, and it came with the slipcover too, which was nice. That’s what it shows in the picture, but I’ve learned that that isn’t a guarantee when buying things from retailers. So I’m glad that this movie did, that Best Buy made that happen. I wanted to include receiving the slipcover in my review, I wish someone had done that prior to me buying mine, I wanted to do that for others wanting these movies with the slipcovers. I wish Best Buy would get more of the new cover versions of New Moon and Eclipse, both are currently sold out. Please get those back in stock, Best Buy. Thanks.

So glad they’re releasing things on vinyl. I guess that’s the trade off for getting rid of CDs? Lol. Go back, go vintage, bring vinyls back. Seems to be the formula. I added this one to my growing collection. Was able to actually find this one in store too despite it saying online that it was sold out entirely, both online and in store. So I was happy to find it. This one is the 5th anniversary edition. The record is like a greenish color. It’s fun having different colored vinyls. To anyone else who likes The Weeknd and vinyls, I hope you enjoy this record too.

Love Linkin Park

I’ve always loved Linkin Park, ever since I first heard them when I was a freshman in high school. That was a long time ago, over half my life ago, but my love for them has never wavered. Even when Mike went to do side project, Fort Minor, I was into that too. I found this CD in a bin of “treasures”, the remainder of whatever CDs they have in stock in store. I needed this one, “The Hunting Party” and “One More Light” to finish out their discography. I was able to mostly do that with the exception of “One More Light”, I had to find that one and purchase it elsewhere. I wish they had more CDs available in store, or even any available online. That’s definitely a downside to everything going digital. :(

Christina Aguilera’s Greatest Hits

Christina Aguilera has an amazing voice. I’ve loved her since I was a kid. It was fun to find this CD, to add it to my collection, since I didn’t already have it. I suggest her “Stripped” album as well. That is an awesome CD. Her greatest hits one contains most of her popular songs from her first few CDs, it’s missing “Reflection” though, which really disappointed me. It’s fun to take a walk back down memory lane listening to this though. :)

I’ve always loved Linkin Park. I was glad I was able to find this CD, it’s getting increasingly harder to find CDs that are actually new (still in their plastic) in a store. I get that everything is going digital, I’ve started digilazing my own music library, but I still love CDs, and having the option to still get them. My advice to anyone else who loves CDs too? Buy all the ones you have wanted that you haven’t gotten yet, soon. It will only be a matter of time before you won’t be able to even buy a CD at a store, period. Best Buy already doesn’t carry any really anymore. They’ve completely phased them out on their website entirely. That’s been a recentish thing too. This review probably won’t even be seen by anybody. It’s whatever, I’m doing it for the 25 points. Lol. I found this and a couple of other CDs that I didn’t have in the bin in store. I literally when though the entire thing to see what they had left. I sugggest other fellow music lovers to do the same. Good luck.
