Theatrical and Special Edition versions

I first watched this film in the 80's when it was released on VHS. This movie has a fantastic cast but Hudson played by Bill Paxton is my favorite character of the film. I'm glad that this bluray release has both theatrical and special edition versions (AKA extended cut) and as far as the audio and visual quality goes it looks and sounds great even though it's an older film.

This is another great album from Blood Red Shoes, if you haven't heard of this duo from the UK I highly recommend that you do.... hopefully you have a premium set of speakers or headphones to better appreciate their sound.

Welcome to Hanzo National Academy, a shinobi training center hidden in plain sight on the campus of a normal high school. Here they train "good shinobi": spies and saboteurs authorized to perform covert operations for the Japanese government. I enjoy the Senran Kagura game series, this is a remaster of the original Senran Kagura Burst that was released on the Game Boy 3ds. This version had some content removed at the request of Sony computer entertainment which is why this release was delayed. In spite of this game being altered for the PS4 I still feel this game was worth it! It's a fun button masher with crazy combos, unique storyline and well drawn characters.

In my experience Bandai Namco has never cut corners when it comes to quality entertainment... it's possible there may be some exceptions out there but as far as the games that I own this is not the case.

This ROKU model was on sale for 49.99 each on Black Friday so I bought a few for the family including myself, this ROKU streaming device has everything I was looking for... Ethernet LAN for physical connection which I prefer over WIFI although you can use a WIFI signal if you like, it has a smoother interface than my previous ROKU and a USB port on the side of the unit.

I preordered Venom without seeing it in the theaters which is something I rarely ever do but I took a chance on this movie and I don't regret it, this film does have it's flaws and to be honest if you pay close enough attention you can see where certain scenes were cut short and some of the dialogue in this film has been softened to get or maintain a PG 13 rating.... I would have preferred a rated R or unrated version but it's still an entertaining experience.
