Failed again

despite going to store to speak with manager, as Best Buy has made it impossible to call the store, the agents that they sent TWO TIMES NOW, agreed that the were not qualified to preform the repair. I also went to the store a second time to make sure that the notes in the account visit specifically educated in advance what was required. I also asked the service person who came to my house the second time to have the MANAGER call me so we can get on the same page. No response, no new appointment

Product doesn't always respond to commands. Sometimes 5 choices on screen are too close for pin point selection.
Geek squad set it up and did not set up all features. I had to call manufacturer to install. I had asked geek squad to install ability to retrieve my recording and person told me that this remote can not do this. This function was one of the corrections mentioned above by manufacturer.
