No. Only the note 10 plus. But the Note 10 comes with 256gb out of the box.

Does the ubk90 upscales non-4k bluray discs and 3d bluray discs to 4k, if connected to my 4k lgoled55c6p? And can I use only one hdmi to my Oled just to receive the audio/video and not connect to audio in a receiver?

It will play music without a subscription from free radio stations. We have Sirius xm and amazon prime, so it will play music from these as well if you ask her to. However, if you want to listen to your own musiclist, the music must be on Your amazon music library. It wont play music from my Itunes or google music libraries.
