It a nice little device although in hand feels kind of plastic and cheap. Not sure how long it will last or if it will break on a good fall. One thing that bothers me is that it often calls for my phone because I accidentally push the button in when it’s in my pocket; it should have some type of locking thing so it’s does not do that.

It’s good, very good. Not too sure what to expect from a “boom box” since I haven’t had one since the 80s ha ha! However, I felt that could be louder??? The sound is nice and since I have nothing to compare it too of the size category it’s hard to say where it stands. However, I did have it playing in a mid size dining room and while it did the jobs and it sounded great I had to turn it up almost as high as it goes, which I wasn’t expecting to do, especially at the price point that it is at. I got it on sale 100.00 less than asking price so I was okay with it, I just feel that maybe it could be louder than what I was hearing. I definitely recommend it when it’s it’s on sale, it’s really nice sounding and aesthetically looks great and I love it that you can plug in a microphone and a guitar!

Does 3D Movies!!!

I’m just glad that it supports 3D movies! I have a 3D TV and my Samsung 3D Blu-ray player broke and I thought oh man there goes my 3D watching because I didn’t see any Blu-ray player that supports or says it supports 3D movies. I’m happy to say that this one does, it doesn’t advertise it on the box but the manual says it does and I tested it. Works fantastic! Now I hope my TV keeps working I love my 3D movies!
Only thing I thought was weird was no panel display-at all! Weird! I’ve only seen low budget DVD players without front panel displays as this is not a cheap priced player. Can’t tell the time of the movie you really can’t do anything manually only using the remote control. So don’t lose the remote control! Although I believe there is a way to use an app for it but not sure. So will give it a 3 star for that.

Is the Anker Solix BP1000X Expansion Battery also compatible with the C1000 unit or only the C1000X unit?
Yes. According to Anker customer service the BP1000X will work with the C1000. Customer service explained to me that the only difference between the X and non X is its colorway. The BP1000X is darker gray like the C1000X power station unit, and the BP1000 (not sold at Bestbuy only on Ankers website) is light gray like the C1000 power station unit. So if you don’t mind having the BP1000X not match the lighter color of your C1000 than you are good to go because they are compatible. Not sure why the Anker team here on Bestbuy answered it wrong and said that it is not. Again, it is, as per Anker’s own customer service.
