This is one of several PS4 points I bought at bestbuy.com, 6 out of the 5 I bought apparently were not “activated” and did not work. I tried to go to the local store and the manager said “I’m sorry, but these are non refundable and we can not guarantee that they will work”. As you can imagine I was completely shocked and upset as I had just “threw away” a couple hundred bucks on unusable cards. And before someone says “maybe the child used it and is lying or made a mistake”, I personally entered the codes in on 3 of them and I had the parents of two children that I bought these for as Christmas gifts say the same. Just beware ordering these online. All the ones I got instore worked fine. I’ll just never order them online again nor will I get them from bestbuy again

It cooks food really well, and the large capacity is great, but it beeps much too loudly when buttons are pressed and I can't find a way to turn the beeping off. If anyone can tell me how to do that, I'll change review to 5 stars.

Simple trick/fix/hack for most electronic devices that beep too loudly:
Find the small holes where the beep sound is emitting from and cover up some or all of the holes with electrical tape or masking tape (or even scotch tape if it doesn't get too hot in that spot).
I do this to anything and everything that has too bright of lights (air purifiers) or beeps that are too loud (kitchen timers).
I haven't gotten mine yet, but hopefully this item has a noticeable location where the sound comes out from so we can lower it "manually" :)

5 out of 5Barcode Removal & Other Tips for Collectors

For those who qualified to get this case here is some helpful info:
1. Not all steelbooks come shrinkwrapped, in the case of this one, they aren't shinkwrapped.
2. There are reports of these shipping with bar code stickers. They should not sticker an item that is not shrinkrapped as the sticker can cause damage, as some are experiencing. The best way to remove these stickers without damaging the case is to heat up the sticker, with a heat gun or hold under a lamp. Don't have it too close or too hot, you just want to heat/warm it up enough so the adhesive material on the back of the sticker looses up and then you can peel off the sticker SLOWLY. Any residue left over Goo Gone should work to remove any of it.
3. Packaging needs improvement when these ship out, yes everyone agrees on that. The people who pack these don't understand that these are a collectible to many. If you log into your Best Buy account and go to "Orders" see if yours has shipped out, if it hasn't, you may have the ability to change yours for local store pick-up as most stores are getting some inventory in this weekend (April 9th) based on what the site says and when they ship to the stores they generally come in with regular stock on their delivery trucks and are in better condition.
Just some helpful tips, hope this all helps everyone.

Great, top-tier comment/review you have, just wanted to mention that I picked mine up in-store yesterday (4/5 release date) and my Steelbook was still a bit scuffed up with a minor dent and a few scratches. They said if they get any more in for general sale I could exchange it. (they wouldn't swap mine with someone else's order, understandably)
