Wasn't sure about LG products (I'm a Samsung user) but was happy with the LG. Screen is clear and the apps on it are great, don't need the Amazon stick plugged in to the HDMI port. One issue I see is the HDMI port in the rear is tight with the wall mount, but I used the other port that was available on the side.
Overall a good product, but cannot compare it to an 8K TV.
