I have used Plantronics Voyagers for quite some time. This model has what I was waiting for, voice dialing. It was a bit tricky to setup, but once it was, it works great.

Love it most of the time

The Echo is amazing when it does what it as designed to do. Once in awhile it stops playing. I know my wifi is strong and cannot find a reason why it should stop. If you ask Alexa, it responds 'I do not know what went wrong." I did send a question in the feedback section of the app on my phone but got no response. Alexa once said I could check the history on the app, but I am unable to find it, and Alexa has no help finding it if you ask. I did try relocating my modem, It may have helped as the occurrences have lessened.

Is this compatible with Google? For instance if you say Hey Google or Call someone? I have a Legend headset and when I press a button, it'll say 'Say a command' so I say Call Mom and it will either say 'Pairing' or 'Calling last number'. Ty for answering
