 It’s unfortunate that these products have a low rating because of people placing one stars on the pre-launch issue. These reviews are meant to help people decide if they want to purchase the product or not.
For me the sound quality is great. I use it with my Sony portal and I’m very happy. Easy to connect and they do include multiple earpieces so you have the correct size. Sony did a great job with these earbuds. If you have a PlayStation portal they’re definitely a great accessory. No lag at all & comfortable to wear.
