Installers were great. FYI, the two installers came with a non-Best Buy trailer. (Pacific Express was the installer contracted by Best Buy) I wasn’t a fan of the 12-8pm window provided but they came around 2pm. I received a call about 20 minutes before they arrived. Only thing they could have done better was give a smaller delivery window. Luckily, I am home on Fridays so it wasn’t an issue for us.

Excited that the item was available within a week and that install could be done within 10 days given current supply chain issues everywhere. The item has worked well except the first wash right after install. Using the provided dishwasher pod that came out it’s the new dishwasher, we had some water and suds on the floor. Since then, no further issues. Like the shelves slide in with minimal force. Like that the utensil basket has different size openings which accommodate my dinner forks vs salad forks. Reasonably quiet but not perfect. Drying setting is much better than Samsung we had previously that died.

The install team was great. They had the old dishwasher removed within 5-10 minutes after arriving. No mess upon pulling out and getting back to their truck. I think Best Buy should include this service with purchase of a dishwasher. Say $500 or more or $750 or more.

How much time does the proWash cycle take? What about the other cycles?
Per the user manual, wash cycles take approximately 2-2.5 hours. They last a while as they take the slow and steady approach to watching. In the manual, it compares it to better gas mileage going 55mph on interstate instead of 75mph and burning more gas.
