overall love its actually very waterproof, and that its compact, but i do not like the limited button functionality, Its very annoying you have to do button combos to get it to shut off, or when you try to turn it on via power it immediately starts recording. plus connecting it to the app does not help much for taking pics without interacting with it

It will work you just need to reformat the disk in your memory settings on the tablet. I am not certain of where those are located on that brand but when you put in the microSD card it should give you the options to either use as external memory for photos only or to use as internal and reformat it so it can be used to install apps on and etc.

Why it doesn't get off the first screen? After charging it freezes
Well it seems you have just simply a locked up os. possibly trying to do too many buttons while it was done charging. force restart your phone then power it down again normally. recharge your phone while off. then when fully charged power on.
