Worst buy service

Worst service ever, charge me $150 to create a point and good never worked due to the beaker issue. I called another electrician to replace the breaker and Best Buy I should say worst buy gave the appointment of 10/30/21. Team showed up and said your breaker is not fixed, and asked for the extension cord which my wife couldn’t find at the moment. Then they said they will be back after their next appointment as I came home and found the extension cord and called them. Today is 11/03 and no one called back or show up to fix the issue. When I called they said I need to call the manufacturer of the hood which never worked from day 1. This the worst service I ever got from Best Buy.

First off thanks to our installation tech Oscar I hope I spell his name correct. The first tech was a real jerk, he came an looked at our old washer and said that the machine won't fit. But when Oscar can and looked he removed old machine and installed the new machine in 20 minutes. Heads off to him!!
