Unfortunately, with the purchase of new dishwashers some of these pieces in this kit are needed, but we werent told this when we purchaed the unit and took it home to install ourselves. You can easily purchase these parts at Menards for a much cheaper price, but for one stop shopping this will have everthing you need.
