The headphones themselves were fairly comfortable. Battery life was less than stated lasted about 4 hours. Noise cancellation was extremely poor due to them not seating in the ear. Ended up returning them and purchasing the pros.

The product is great, what wasn't was the quality of the packaging or the resolution of my issue. I was purchasing this for a collector, for her birthday. The item had to be shipped to the store for pickup, it was riddled with labels. Upon trying to remove them they tore the box. The box itself was damaged as well. To make a long story short, I tried several routes to get another shipped that would have the packaging left un defaced. Simple solutions like putting into a separate box, none of which were able to be done.
