1. Was advised that the Tv was not available anyplace, yet one call to NJ found that they had several in stock.
2. Full motion frame delivered was missing parts and was returned. Waiting or credit.
3. Another full motion frame which I got from NJ also was returned. Waiting for credit for this one also.
4. Told that wires could not be put in the wall, so
I had to get an electrician. He advised that I could use my old frame since it would support the larger TV, and because of this the second full motion frame was returned. I am waiting for this credit also

do you hall a way the old TV?
Had to hall away 65 flat screen TV myself because sanitation would not pick it up even if I put curbside!
Non existent service from BEST BUY!
This included the TV, full motion wall mount, 2 - 12 feet cables, instillation of 65 flat screen TV with wires hidden in wall!. Was advised that my old wall Mount would not support the added weight ( going from 55 inches to a 65 inch TV, yet a private electrician hooked it up! The upgrade was not needed!
