A little difficult to use the power button, a bit clumsy setting it up, and getting all my apps in place, and a bit pushy in regards to “strongly recommended” programs and apps I didn’t want. But the size and screen quality, sound, and ease of use once set up are terrific. I believe any difficulties I experienced initially were due to having gotten used to Apple products while using them exclusively for the last 15 years. The format and user interface of this product was easy to re-acquire with just a little patience. Some things are just better in a pc format, which is why I got this, and I would recommend it for anyone new to computing, or coming over from Apple like I did. It’s performance and presentation are beyond my hopes, and there are few issues that I didn’t bring with me.
