Although the Cartoon Network's nostalgic animated comedy series The Looney Tunes Show offered a series of 7-minute shorts at the outset of Season One, it quickly shifted gears by incorporating longer segments. The extended version of the program stars Bugs and Daffy as ordinary suburbanites, living adjacent to such familiar characters as Granny, Tweety, Sylvester and Yosemite Sam. In addition to following the characters' day-to-day adventures, the series incorporates "cartoons within a cartoon" - a number of two-minute music videos with the classic title 'Merrie Melodies.' This particular box set constitutes the second volume of episodes from Season One.
