Installers on larger appliances work for a vendor that Best Buy contracts with but they did everything right.
1. They called a few minutes before arrival
2. They were careful to not damage or scratch anything
3. Installation was done very quickly
4. They started both machines to verify everything worked

Bought the matching pair and are pretty pleased with them with the exception of the controls not always responding. We had the dryer not respond at all once and had to unplug it and plug it back in to start working again. Only happened once but was a little concerning as to the life expectancy of the touch controls or the internal processor.
One very positive thing is these are the same internal capacity of the set we replaced but slightly smaller external dimensions which results in a bit more space in our laundry room.

Controls a bit touchy. There is a delay at times when a cycle button is pushed and you don't know if it needs to be done again or not. Starting to adjust to this though and learning to be patient.

We had recently replaced dishwasher and refrigerator because they needed repair and were getting old and we replaced them with KitchenAid black chrome models.
One side of our kitchen now had modern, great looking appliances and the other side had dated appliances so we replaced range and microwave with matching pieces.
Really love the looks but even more so the additional burner and cooking space.
My wife baked some biscuits using the convection feature and was completely sold on this range. Cooked at 25 degrees lower temperature and 20 minutes less time to a nice golden brown and much more moist in the center.
Very happy with this purchase.

What is the vent piping diameter
The ventilation outlet is rectangular in shape and requires an adapter to fit the round vent pipe that exhausts to the outside. These are available at most big box hardware stores. If you have an existing microwave, that adapter is probably already in place.
Just note that you have to configure the exhaust system on the microwave to vent through the top vent. Instructions on how to do that are in the installation packet.
