Received this as a birthday gift. It's nice that you use your smart phone to operate. Easy to setup. The mapping process takes quite a few times to learn the layout of the house. It does have limits as to carpeting thickness it can handle. When the unit docks and empties it's quite loud. Does a nice job on tile, hardwood and low pile carpet. Over all its a decent product. I feel it's a bit overpriced though.

This makes a great cup of coffee, latte (hot or cold) and cappuccino. If you're looking for an Espresso Coffee house quality this machine was not designed to do that which Keurig states. However it comes very close to it in my opinion. The frother does a top notch job. I also gave one as a Christmas gift and they love it too!

The racks do not easily slide in. Is there a trick I don’t know about?
They are a snug fit - I do a slight tilt when I start to slide the rack into the unit, as soon as the tray is past the bump I straighten it to the flat position and slide it to the back of the unit. I recommend that you do not force the tray as it could cause damage to it and the unit. Hope this helps.
