My favorite, fast reliable very stable and the best of all very portable with decent battery life.
Small storage, however with the modern days external storage all is well.
I keep all important document on an external, password protected, drive. A very compact drive at that, usb power, take no space in the bag.

Either I have a defective unit or the system is garbage.
I ran fine for several weeks them nothing.
Other duties have prevented me from getting really getting in to it.
The few time I tried to restore the system after about one hour of getting no- wear I had to stop and attend other matters.
If the issue cannot be resolve in a short hour, it may be best to scrap the stuff. Not having the packaging makes it difficult to return.
To be fair I will assume that is a defective unit and write is as my loss.

Good customer support however this units are not capable of running my dual compressor with variable speed fans system.
The customer support person gave me his best shot, sadly he was following the usual troubleshooting guideline. I do not believe he was capable of going beyond what he was reading and it was obvious he had no idea how to handle the type of AC I own.
This thermostat do fine on simple systems by learning when are in the home and when they are not.
Very high end systems that are designed to run efficiently at the selected temperature / humidity, this thermostat in incapable of deciding when to run on low compressor or when to select the High compressor and select a air handler fan speed ideal to maintain the selected confort level. Did not work for me.
My recommendation to a friend will be based on the simplicity of their cooling system.
This thermostat do fine on simple systems by learning when are in the home and when they are not.
