still had a few bugs in the program, that i submitted to turbotax. they still did not fix the problem, with rita tax calculations. Otherwise less expensive to do your own taxes, then to take to tax preparers. Unless you are in higher tax bracket with a lot of deductions. etc.

LG gives the runaround on warranty

Purchased near the end of october 2019 and in december 2019 failed. Did not work. Called LG and followed all their warranty procedures, But they said I would have to buy another microwave before they would honor their warranty to pay me back for original. I am on soc. sec. It took me over 9 months just to save for this microwave. All LG is giving me is 90 days to accept offer. This is my second Lg microwave, that has failed. The first one only lasted 6 months. Unfortunately I did not keep receipt for the first one so I could not ask for warranty, without proof

I am looking for a manual for the LG 110816439 Model LMC2075ST. I purchased the Microwave March 15th, 2019. I am receiving an error message in regards to power and shutting it off. Would like to get more info on the troubleshooting. Thanks!
according to manual microcomputer may be temporarily scrambled. Unplug microwave from 120volt outlet the plug back in this should reset the microwave according to manual.There is also a smart diagnostic service with a phone near the top of the microwave panel . when yo call LG customer information center At 1-800-243-0000. When instructed to do so by the call center agent hold the mouthpiece of your phone over the smart diagnosis logo on the control panel. I hope this helps
