Otherwise, they will tell you the installation can't be guaranteed. That's because Best Buy can't guarantee that your old equipment is good enough to hold up. Makes sense and I had no issues with that. I shopped around and compared prices at Home Depot, Lowe's, and Amazon for these parts and Best Buy had the same or better price. So I was happy with the purchase.
